HYDRO FLASK PROMISE: LIFETIME WARRANTY
Hydro Flask’s water bottles, tumblers, coffee, beer, wine, spirits, food, and durable goods accessory products (collectively, “Durable Goods”) carry a limited lifetime warranty that covers damage caused by manufacturer defects during the life of the product. Hydro Flask will replace any product found to be defective within normal and proper use. If a replacement part is available, we will use the replacement part to correct the problem. You may be asked to provide a receipt to verify the purchase.
HYDRO FLASK PROMISE: 5-YEAR WARRANTY
Hydro Flask’s bags, coolers, totes, messenger bags, lunch boxes, and meal kits carry a 5-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects. Hydro Flask will replace any qualifying product found to be defective within normal use. If a replacement part is available, we will use the replacement part to correct the defect. You may be asked to provide a receipt to verify the date of purchase.
